Advance Request Process. 1. Grantee shall submit a written request via email with a narrative justification that fully describes the unique circumstances to the assigned HSH Contract Manager, as listed in CARBON, for review and approval.
2. HSH, at its sole discretion, may make available to Grantee up to two months of the total ongoing annualized General Fund or Prop C budget amount, per the Appendix B, Budget(s) of this Agreement. Requests for greater than two months of the ongoing annualized budget amount may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
