Common use of Advance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Advance Requirements. Once the Agreement is certified, Grantee, prior to distribution of any advanced payment, must fulfill the following conditions: 1. All Agreement compliance requirements must be currently met (e.g., reports submitted and approved; corrective actions resolved; business tax and insurance certificates in place; prompt and properly documented invoicing; appropriate spend down); 2. The final invoice from the preceding fiscal year must be received prior to advance distribution; and 3. Advances from the preceding fiscal year must be repaid, in full, prior to any additional advance distribution.
