Advanced Notice of Vacancies in Designated Academic Areas. Vacancy notices for probationary positions in chosen academic areas shall be sent at least three (3) weeks prior to disseminating them within MnSCU or in local or national publications. The initial vacancy notice to a retrenched faculty member for a position in a designated academic area will include a letter describing the claiming and recall process.
