Advancement and Promotion. Annually Department Chairs and the Faculty Affairs Office will address faculty mentoring and expectations for promotion with each Instructor. Instructors will be provided with a copy of their annual promotion goals (School of Medicine) or annual performance goals (School of Dental Medicine) as applicable.
