Common use of Advancement Dues Check-Off Clause in Contracts

Advancement Dues Check-Off. The Employer shall deduct thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour effective May 1st, 2019; and forty cents ($0.40) per hour effective May 1st, 2020for each hour earned by each employee covered by this Agreement for Advancement Dues. The amount deducted shall be remitted together with other monthly contributions and deductions in the manner set out in this Collective Agreement.

Effective January 1, 2002 the Employer shall deduct ten cents ($0.10) per hour for each hour earned by each employee covered by this Agreement Collective for Advancement Dues.

Effective June this amount shall increase to cents ($0.15) per hour for each hour earned. The amount deducted shall be remitted together with other monthly contributions and deductions in the manner set out in this Collective Agreement.

The amount deducted shall be remitted together with other monthly contributions and deductions in the manner set out in this Collective Agreement.
