Advancement Dues Check-Off. The Employer shall deduct thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour effective May 1st, 2019; and forty cents ($0.40) per hour effective May 1st, 2020for each hour earned by each employee covered by this Agreement for Advancement Dues.
