Adverse Conditions. a. In any location, the Station Manager or his designee may declare an “Adverse Condition Day.” The Company will establish a phone contact number that employees can call to determine the status of their specific work facility during adverse conditions. Upon contact, the employee will be given a definitive answer as to the current status of their facility during adverse conditions. (Note: 1 facility may be open while another is closed even though both are in a single location that has been declared to be under Adverse Condition rules.) b.
