Advertisements and marketing. 48.1 Unless otherwise agreed by XXX, no disclosure, announcement, advertisement or publication or any form of marketing or public relations exercise in connection with this contract or the existence of this contract and the Parties to it or them shall be made by or on behalf of a Party to this contract without the approval of XXX in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this clause 48 shall in no way preclude the Provider from advertising, publishing or announcing in any way the details of the healthcare or education services it delivers.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this clause 47 shall in no way preclude the Provider from advertising, publishing or announcing in any way the details of the healthcare or education Services it delivers.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Authority during the subsistence of this Agreement, no disclosure, announcement, circular advertisements or publications or any form of marketing or public relations exercise in connection with the subject matter or the terms of this Agreement or the existence of this Agreement and the Parties to it or them shall be made by or on behalf of a Party to this Agreement without the approval of the Authority in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this clause shall in no way preclude the Placement Provider from advertising, publishing or announcing in any way the details of the healthcare services it delivers.

Advertisements and marketing. You must comply with our Policies regarding advertising and marketing of our Products and business opportunities available through Q Sciences, including but not limited to the following:
a. You must clearly identify yourself as a Q Sciences Ambassador in all advertisements for your Business, including but not limited to any posts on social media or websites.
b. You must never represent that you are an employee of Q Sciences.
c. Except as permitted in the Policies or otherwise approved by us, you cannot advertise your Business through television, radio, billboards, national print, online publications, mass mailings, or any other channels deemed inappropriate by us, in our sole discretion.
d. Except as expressly permitted in the Policies or approved by Q Sciences in writing, you can only use our approved advertising materials, and you cannot change these materials in any way or otherwise use any Ambassador-created advertising or marketing materials (collectively, “Supplemental Marketing Materials”). If Q Sciences approves your request to use Supplemental Marketing Materials, you understand and agree that Q Sciences can rescind that approval at any time in its sole discretion, and you waive all claims for damages or remuneration arising out of or relating to such recession.
e. Except as permitted in the Policies, you must never use the name of a celebrity.
f. If you use social media or other forms of electronic communication, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own communications, including but not limited to any posts you make on any social media whether you are the owner or authorized user of the social media account.
