Advertiser Sample Clauses

Advertiser. We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Site and the App such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. If you are an advertiser, you should take full responsibility for any advertisements you place on the Site and/or the App, and any services provided on the Site and/or the App, or products sold through those advertisements. Further, as an advertiser, you warrant and represent that you possess all rights and authority to place advertisements on the Site and/or the App, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and contractual rights. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements, and we have no other relationship with advertisers.

Advertiser. The commercial service recipient who may only use the address data subject to prior approval by the address owner by complying to the procedure using service providers, and not processing the data itself.

Advertiser refers to the entity that advertises and promotes products and services to users through the Tencent advertising service platform, including sub-customer advertisers and direct customer advertisers.

Branch may use and disclose the Advertiser Data: (1) to perform Advertiser’s obligations under this Agreement; (2) to operate, support, maintain and enhance the Services; (3) to disclose aggregate statistics about Branch’s Discovery Ads service in a manner that prevents individual identification of Advertiser; (4) in accordance with a judicial or other governmental order or as may be required by law, in accordance with Section 8; and/or (5) as otherwise expressly authorized by Advertiser.

Advertiser. A person or entity that has executed a Digital Advertising Agreement and pays the Advertising Fees in exchange for the creation and presentation of an Advertisement at one or more Digital Host Sites.

Advertiser and Agency each expressly represent and warrant that each is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of all requested advertisements (including, without limitation, all text and graphics), and that all such materials are truthful and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and each hereby acknowledge that Publisher is relying upon such representations and warranties.

Advertiser. Agency acknowledge that all advertising copy materials prepared by Worth are based upon the information, drawings, designs, and /or plans submitted by advertiser and/or its advertising agency. Advertiser/Agency acknowledge all advertising copy materials prepared by Worth shall remain Worth’s sole property.
