Advertiser Data definition

Advertiser Data means any data and information in written or electronic form collected by Agency, Holding Company Members, a Media Owner Group Member or a Vendor on behalf of Advertiser or its Related Bodies Corporate in the course of providing the Services (including, but not limited to, data collected by Agency from Advertiser Properties and Media Placements) and any data derived from Advertiser Materials or produced as a result calculations using all or a portion of Advertiser Data.
Advertiser Data means all data and segments (including, but not limited to, Personal Data) controlled by Advertiser or originating from Advertiser's online and mobile services.
Advertiser Data means (i) the Advertiser Targeting Data; and (ii) the data that specifically identifies Advertiser that is generated by or from Advertiser’s use of Services. Branch may use and disclose the Advertiser Data: (1) to perform Advertiser’s obligations under this Agreement; (2) to operate, support, maintain and enhance the Services; (3) to disclose aggregate statistics about Branch’s Discovery Ads service in a manner that prevents individual identification of Advertiser; (4) in accordance with a judicial or other governmental order or as may be required by law, in accordance with Section 8; and/or (5) as otherwise expressly authorized by Advertiser.

Examples of Advertiser Data in a sentence

  • Advertiser hereby grants to Agency a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license during the Term to use Advertiser Materials and Advertiser Data solely for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • As between Advertiser and Branch, Advertiser retains ownership of the Ad Content, and Advertiser Data, in each case, subject to Branch’s usage rights under this Agreement.

  • Branch may use and disclose the Advertiser Data: (1) to perform Advertiser’s obligations under this Agreement; (2) to operate, support, maintain and enhance the Services; (3) to disclose aggregate statistics about Branch’s Discovery Ads service in a manner that prevents individual identification of Advertiser; (4) in accordance with a judicial or other governmental order or as may be required by law, in accordance with Section 8; and/or (5) as otherwise expressly authorized by Advertiser.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Advertiser Data may include information that is similar or identical to the information included in the Branch Data; provided, however, that such similarities will not adversely affect each party’s ownership of its data.

  • Agency will process Advertiser Data solely in accordance with Advertiser's instructions and such policies as may be provided by Advertiser from time to time and only for the purpose of providing the Services.

Advertiser Data means any data and information in written or electronic form, including without restriction Personal Information, obtained, received or held by Agency, Holding Company Members, a Media Owner Group Member or a Vendor on behalf of Client or its Affiliates in the course of providing the Services (including, without restriction, data obtained or received by Agency from Marketer Properties and Media Placements, transaction rates for media placements and all social media, search engine marketing and other digital platform data and related account information [irrespective whether an account is held in Agency’s or Client’s name] and any data derived from Marketer Materials or produced as a result calculations using all or a portion of marketer Data.
Advertiser Data means all data and segments (including but not limited to Personal Data) that are controlled by the Advertiser or processed by the Advertiser on behalf of the Controller and/or originate from the Advertiser’s online and mobile services.
Advertiser Data means all (a) CRM Data, (b) aggregated Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services data related to a Customer’s Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services campaigns and its historical performance, including all such aggregated data in the Core Platform and Panama, (c) marketplace health data (aggregated keyword, impressions, clicks, conversions, prices, etc.), and (d) Customer performance (Customer name, campaigns and aggregated bids, impressions, clicks, conversions, PPC, budgets, etc.). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Advertiser Data does not include (x) information about Customers and their xx xxxxxxxxx conducted outside of Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services, (y) information (even if captured in their CRMs) regarding how Microsoft or Yahoo! is handling a specific Customer, strategies regarding such Customer, the representatives assigned to such account (including but not limited to account managers, account executives, and sales specialists), and (z) marketing, sales, or other insights derived by either party from its analysis of Advertiser Data internally or through third [*] Indicates that certain information in this exhibit has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Advertiser Data does not include (A) information about advertisers and their campaigns outside of Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services, (B) information (even if captured in their CRMs) regarding how Microsoft or Yahoo! is handling a specific advertiser, strategies regarding such advertiser, the representatives assigned to such account (including but not limited to account managers, account executives, and sales specialists), (C) marketing, sales, or other insights derived by either company from their analysis of Advertiser Data internally or through third parties, except such aggregate information that is obtainable through each party’s Sales Tools, and (D) process and status information regarding such advertiser and that advertiser’s Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services advertising campaigns. To the extent that any data that Yahoo! is required to disclose to Microsoft under this Section is not available in Yahoo!’s online Panama systems but is available Yahoo!’s offline backup systems, Yahoo! will disclose the existence of such data to Microsoft (including the nature and the age of such data), Microsoft will have the option of having such data retrieved at Microsoft’s expense, and Yahoo! will reasonably cooperate in such retrieval process. Resellers and Microsoft Resellers and agencies may access and use Advertiser Data solely as necessary to sell and manage Microsoft’s Paid Search Services and Contextual Advertising Services to advertisers.
