Service Platform definition

Service Platform means the physical platform that generates GetData Queries and is identified to LIDB by an Originating Point Code contained in the Query. A service platform may be a telephony switch, an SCP, or any other platform capable of correctly formatting and launching GetData Queries and receiving the associated Response.
Service Platform refers to all physical gear used or required to deliver Service.

  • MediaMath hereby grants Client a limited, non-­‐exclusive, non-­‐transferable, non-­‐sublicensable right and license during the Term of this Agreement to remotely access and use the Service Platform as provided by Media-­‐ Math.
