Advertising BBB rating. You may, within the scope of permission granted below, advertise your BBB rating. Upon learning of a change in your BBB rating, you must immediately correct any advertising that includes the rating. You are encouraged to include the seal in conjunction with advertising your BBB rating.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
