Evaluation Rating. The final summative evaluation level that is assigned to a teacher based on the holistic review of all Evaluation Factors, observed during the Evaluation Cycle. The rating shall be “accomplished”, “skilled”, “developing”, or “ineffective”. The final rating shall not be weighted in such a way that one (1) domain or component of the evaluation system has a higher importance than another, except that any area marked N/A shall not negatively impact the evaluation rating.
Evaluation Rating. The teacher received a highly effective or effective evaluation for the prior school year, except that a teacher who is in the first two full school years of instructing students who receives an evaluation rating of improvement necessary.

The evaluation rating is assigned at the conclusion of the evaluation cycle when the teacher performance rating is combined with the results of student growth measures where fifty percent (50%) of the evaluation rating is based on student growth measures as provided for in this Agreement and fifty percent (50%) of the evaluation rating is based on a teacher performance rating as provided for in this Agreement. Each completed evaluation will result in the assignment of one (1) of the following evaluation ratings to the teacher: Accomplished, Skilled, Developing, or Ineffective.
Evaluation Rating. For the purposes of the evaluation framework developed under this Article, teacher performance shall be rated based upon the following specific standards and criteria as set for the by the Ohio Department of Education that distinguish between the following levels of performance for teachers:
Evaluation Rating. At the conclusion of each evaluation, the Superintendent shall determine, in writing, on the Assistant Superintendent’s written evaluation form, whether or not the evaluation is deemed to be “positive” so that an affirmative decision is made regarding the Assistant Superintendent’s entitlement to a step increase and a one-year contract extension. The parties agree that the Assistant Superintendent’s written evaluation form shall contain the following statement: “The Superintendent determines that the Assistant Superintendent’s evaluation for the 20 -20 school year is [positive/not positive] and she [is/is not] entitled to a two percent (2%) step increase and to a one (1) year Agreement extension. If the evaluation is positive, the parties agree that her Employment Agreement is extended from to .” If the evaluation is positive, the Superintendent shall report the results of the evaluation to the Board during a closed session Board meeting. The Board will then report out in open session of the evaluation on the Employment Agreement so that the public remains informed about the length of the Assistant Superintendent’s Agreement and the Assistant Superintendent’s salary. All contract extensions and salary increases shall be approved at a regular meeting of the Board and final actions by the Board shall be recorded in the Board meeting minutes.
Evaluation Rating. The final summative evaluation rating that is assigned to a school counselor pursuant to terms of the negotiated agreement. The summative evaluation rating is assigned at the conclusion of the evaluation cycle when the school counselor performance rating is combined with the results of student metrics. Each completed evaluation will result in the assignment of one of the following evaluation ratings to the counselor: Accomplished, Skilled, Developing, or Ineffective.
