Advice and Consultation. The NZEI Te Riu Roa will be advised by the Ministry of any review which is likely to result in significant changes to the organisational structure, staffing or work practices affecting employees. The Ministry will provide the NZEI Te Riu Roa with an opportunity to be involved in the review. Where the decision to make a change or to undertake a review is beyond the control of the Ministry this notification will be made as soon as possible after the decision is announced.
