Common use of Advice to Family Members Clause in Contracts

Advice to Family Members. We may advise a Subsidised Resident’s family or nominated representative about the progress of an Audit at any time during the course of or following the Audit where we have serious concerns (based on reasonable grounds) about the health and safety of that Subsidised Resident.
