Advisory Committee Selection Process. A Grievance Advisory Committee shall be convened to hear disputes referred by the college President for faculty members who have submitted a written request for a hearing in response to a decision to revoke tenure, or deny the award of tenure, or a decision to terminate a specific term appointment prior to its expiration. The committee shall consist of two (2) tenured faculty members chosen by the faculty senate and two (2) tenured faculty members chosen by the college President, none of whom is to be a member of the grievant’s department.
