Common use of Advisory Health Committee Clause in Contracts

Advisory Health Committee. A representative health review committee shall be appointed by September 30th of each year by the superintendent. The committee shall review the BSSD Employee's Health Plan and make recommendations to the superintendent to improve services or to reduce the cost of the Plan.
