Common use of Aerials Clause in Contracts

Aerials. Written permission from Housing and Real Estate Services must be obtained before putting up a television aerial. Under a 1999 Federal Communications Commission order, you as our resident have a limited right to install a satellite dish or receiving antenna on the premises. The University as a housing owner is allowed to impose reasonable restrictions relating to such installation. Students are required to comply with these restrictions as a condition of installing such equipment.
