Affirmative Action Training Fund. Each Individual Employer covered by this Agreement shall pay into the Operating Engineers and Participating Employers Pre-Apprentice, Apprentice, and Journeyman Affirmative Action Training Fund according to the following schedule: $1.07 per hour – Effective 6/24/2019 $1.07 per hour – Effective 6/29/2020 $.*per hour – Effective 6/28/2021 $.*per hour – Effective 6/27/2022 *To be allocated by the Union. In addition to the above, the Individual Employer shall pay one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each hour worked or paid each Registered Apprentice into the Operating Engineers and Participating Employers Pre-Apprentice, Apprentice, and Journeyman Affirmative Action Training Fund.
