After Contract Award a) In the case of procurement of goods and/or services and/or EPC Contracts (others) with the order value less than Rs. 5 Crore (Rupees Five Crore), the LC content may be calculated (self-assessment) by the supplier of goods and/or the provider of services and certified by the Director/Authorized representative of the company. b) The verification of the procurement of goods, service or EPC contracts with the value of Rupees Five Crore and above shall be carried out by the Statutory Auditor engaged by the bidder. 6.3 Each supplier shall provide the necessary local-content documentation to the statutory auditor, which shall review and determine that local content requirements have been met, and issue a local content certificate to that effect on behalf of GAIL, stating the percentage of local content in the good or service measured. The Auditor shall keep all necessary information obtained from suppliers for measurement of Local Content confidential. 6.4 The Local Content certificate shall be submitted along with each invoice raised. However the % of local content may vary with each invoice while maintaining the overall % of local content for the total work/purchase of the pro-rata local content requirement.   • Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide services to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district that they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a school district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing duties related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the offense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided.   • Contract Task Order A-E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The COUNTY Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with COUNTY Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by COUNTY Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, COUNTY Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned COUNTY Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by COUNTY Project Management staff.

  • MASTER CONTRACT This Master Contract is entered into this 1st day of July, 2014, between Westlake Charter Schools (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and CARE Educational Services (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”) for the purpose of providing special education and/or related services to LEA students with exceptional needs under the authorization of California Education Code sections 56157, 56361 and 56365 et seq. and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations section 3000 et seq., AB490 (Chapter 862, Statutes of 2003) and AB1858 (Chapter 914, Statutes of 2004). It is understood that this agreement does not commit LEA to pay for special education and/or related services provided to any LEA student, or CONTRACTOR to provide such special education and/or related services, unless and until an authorized LEA representative approves the provision of special education and/or related services by CONTRACTOR. Upon acceptance of a LEA student, CONTRACTOR shall submit to LEA an Individual Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “ISA”) and a Nonpublic Services Student Enrollment form as specified in the LEA Procedures. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these forms shall acknowledge CONTRACTOR’s obligation to provide all services specified in the student’s Individualized Education Plan (hereinafter referred to as “IEP”). The ISA shall be executed within ninety (90) days of an LEA student’s enrollment. XXX and CONTRACTOR shall enter into an ISA for each LEA student served by CONTRACTOR. As available and appropriate, the LEA shall make available access to any electronic IEP system and /or electronic data base for ISA developing including invoicing. Unless placement is made pursuant to an Office of Administrative Hearings (hereinafter referred to as “OAH”) order, a lawfully executed agreement between LEA and parent or authorized by XXX for a transfer student pursuant to California Education Code section 56325, XXX is not responsible for the costs associated with nonpublic agency placement until the date on which an IEP team meeting is convened, the IEP team determines that a nonpublic agency placement is appropriate, and the IEP is signed by the LEA student’s parent.

  • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP. Generally, the Government's award decision will be based on selection criteria which addresses past performance, technical acceptability, proposal risk and cost. Among other sources, evaluation of past performance may be based on past performance assessments provided by TO Program Managers on individual task orders performed throughout the life of the contract. The order of importance for the factors will be identified in the RFP for the specified task order.

  • MASTER CONTRACT INFORMATION Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide information regarding this Master Contract, including scope and pricing, to eligible Purchasers.

  • CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE AUDIT The Contractor shall allow the Authorized User to assess Contractor’s performance by providing any materials requested in the Authorized User Agreement (e.g., page load times, response times, uptime, and fail over time). The Authorized User may perform this Contractor performance audit with a third party at its discretion, at the Authorized User’s expense. The Contractor shall perform an independent audit of its Data Centers, at least annually, at Contractor expense. The Contractor will provide a data owner facing audit report upon request by the Authorized User. The Contractor shall identify any confidential, trade secret, or proprietary information in accordance with Appendix B, Section 9(a), Confidential/Trade Secret Materials.

  • Contractor’s Submittals The Contract shall submit with reasonable promptness consistent with the Work Project Schedule and in orderly sequence all Shop Drawings, Samples, or other information required by the Contract Documents, or subsequently required by Change Order. Prior to submitting, the Contractor shall review each submittal for compliance with the Contract Documents and certify its approval by an approval stamp affixed to each copy. Submittal data presented without the Contractor’s certification will be returned without review or comment, and any delay resulting from such certification is the Contractor's responsibility.
