Common use of After Hours Access Clause in Contracts

After Hours Access. On weekends and holidays observed by the Bovet Office Centre, and between the hours of 6:00 PM and 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, access to any building may be refused unless the person seeking access has the building security code or is properly identified by the person charged with responsibility for the safety and protection of such building. In no case shall Landlord be liable for any loss or damage for any error with respect to any person's admission to or exclusion from any building. Landlord reserves the right to lock the building entry doors on weekends and holidays and from 6:00 PM until 7:00 AM on business days and during such other hours as Landlord deems necessary for the safety and protection of the building or its tenants or contents. Further, in case of invasion, mob, riot, public excitement, or other commotion and at such times as Landlord deems necessary for the safety and protection of any building, its tenants, or the property located therein, Landlord may prohibit and prevent access to such building by all persons by any reasonable means Landlord deems appropriate.
