Age Discrimination Act of 1975. The Provider shall comply with the Age Discrimination Act of1975 (42 U.S.C. § 6101 et seq.), as amended, and any applicable regulations. No person in the United States shall, on the basis ofage, be excluded from patiicipation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under, any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
