Common use of Age Requirement Clause in Contracts

Age Requirement. Xxxxx is at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledges that he/she may be asked to provide proof of age at the time the Reservation is made. Guest is responsible for all other guests and visitors of the Rental Property during the Reservation. If Guest is not twenty-five (25) years or older, MOUNTAIN TOP CABIN RENTALS, LLC reserves the right to terminate the Reservation without a refund.
