Common use of Agency Liaison Clause in Contracts

Agency Liaison. Each agency shall designate a liaison(s) to be responsible for the request and authorization of temporary services. The liaison will attempt to provide 24 hours notice prior to requiring services. However, on occasion the State may require immediate placement. If immediate placement is not available, the State may procure services from another temporary service contractor. When requested by the agency liaison the Contractor shall provide a list of qualified individuals and documentation of their qualifications (i.e. employment application; testing results; resumes, etc.). The State may interview the workers selected by the Contractor before making a selection.
