Agency Temps / Casual Employees. 31.3.1 The period of assignment for an agency casual/temp will not exceed 6 continuous months. Should an assignment reach 6 continuous months, the employer will evaluate offering employment as an employee of the company. This will be based on the ongoing need for the position. Any offer of employment will be permanent or a fixed term arrangement.
