Potential Employees. During the interview process, the employer will advise potential employees that a union collective agreement is in effect and will inform them of the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues.
Potential Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint potential employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect, and also with the requirements set out in Articles 5 and 6 of this agreement.

Such orientation sessions will be scheduled twice annually and a Union representative will be invited to attend.
