Common use of Agent and Arrangers Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arrangers Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and each Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and such Arranger pursuant to those certain letter agreements dated November 29, 2006, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
