Common use of Agent and Arrangers Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arrangers Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arrangers pursuant to the fee letter dated November 30, 2012 by and between the Borrower and the Agent, as amended or modified from time to time.
