Agreement and Assurances on the Part of the City. In consideration for Developer entering into this Agreement, and as an inducement for Developer to obligate itself to carry out the covenants and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and in order to effectuate the promises, purposes and intentions set forth in Section 2.3 of this Agreement, the City hereby agrees as follows:
