Agreement Effective Upon Execution. This Agreement is effective upon the latter of, signing date or January 1, 2013, except as otherwise provided herein, and supersedes all previous Agreements. It will remain in effect until December 31, 2015, and thereafter until revised or superseded, subject to 120 days’ notice in writing from either party to the Agreement of desire to revise, amend or terminate it.
