Oracle may conduct background checks and other screening measures of any sort in connection with Your application. If Oracle approves Your application, You may refer sales leads to Oracle during the term and in accordance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, to enable Oracle to solicit orders for the Oracle NetSuite products and services (“Products”).

NetSuite may reject or decline to accept Your application for any or no reason at its sole discretion. NetSuite may conduct background checks and other screening measures of any sort in connection with Your application. If NetSuite approves Your application, You may refer sales leads within the Territory to NetSuite during the term and in accordance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, to enable NetSuite to solicit orders for NetSuite products and/or services (“Products”).
