Agreement Terms Control. Resolution of any controversy, dispute, claim, or disagreement regarding the provisions of services under or breach of this Residency Agreement (a “Dispute” or “Disputes”) shall be governed exclusively by the terms of the Residency Agreement.
Agreement Terms Control. Any individual arrangement, agreement or contract between the Superintendent or Administration and an individual member of the Association, heretofore executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, except that the Superintendent shall not be required to take any action which would constitute a breach of contract on his part. Any individual arrangement, agreement, or contract hereafter executed shall be expressly made subject to and consistent with the terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by the parties.
Agreement Terms Control. Except as to quantity of goods ordered, no terms and conditions set forth in any purchase order or other form of Applicant will apply to sales from Xxxxxx'x to Applicant, and the terms of this Agreement will control the relationship between the Applicant and Xxxxxx’x.
