Aim. a) The aim of this Contract is: (i) To negotiate a specific regasification capacity and to specify the terms for access by the Contractor to the receiving, storage and regasification facilities for which the Carrier is the owner. (ii) For the Carrier to provide the Contractor with the following services: methane tankers offloading, transmission of LNG to tanks, regasification or LNG truck loading. (iii) Use of operative storage, and if necessary, additional storage of LNG at the Carrier’s facilities, All of the above in accordance with the terms of this Contract, and in exchange for the negotiated economic consideration. b) The facilities referred to in this Contract are the regasification plant and its auxiliary facilities of which the Carrier is the owner and which are located in (hereafter known as “Regasification Plant”).
