Air Quality and Sustainability. ‌ The City and the Port recognize that the Port will continue to advance initiatives and projects in an effort to meet sustainability goals and objectives voluntarily set by the Port. These initiatives reduce a range of potential environmental impacts, including but not limited to, greenhouse gases and other air pollutants. The Parties agree that they may work collaboratively on these voluntary initiatives if they provide mutual benefit.
