Requests for Records. Both Parties agree to fulfill all record requests in accordance with the Washington Public Records Act.

SECTION 4 - 26 - Sale, Transfer or Assignment of LivElite International Business Although an LivElite International business is a privately owned, independently operated business, the sale, transfer or assignment of a LivElite International business is subject to certain limitations. If a Distributor wishes to sell his or her LivElite International business, the following criteria must be met:
