Airport Layout Plan. All improvements must be consistent with a current and approved Airport Layout Plan (hereinafter, “ALP”). The Sponsor shall update and keep the ALP drawings and corresponding narrative report current with regard to the FAA Standards and physical or operational changes at the airport. (A) ALP approval shall be governed by FAA Order 5100.38B, entitled “Airport Improvement Program Handbook.”
