Common use of Alarms Clause in Contracts

Alarms. The Charter School shall have access to activate burglar alarms and intruder alerts corresponding to the Facilities provided at the Site. The Charter School agrees that in the event that any of Charter School’s employees, directors, trustees, officers, agents, students, visitors, or contractors, trigger a false alarm at the Site, Charter School shall be responsible for costs incurred.

The Charter School agrees that in the event that any of the Charter School’s employees, directors, trustees, officers, agents, students, visitors, or contractors, or invitees trigger a false alarm at the Site, the Charter School shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred. Please refer to Exhibit 3 for more details regarding District processes and procedures related to alarms.
