University regulations restrict the use of alcohol and prohibit the use of illegal drugs on University property. Therefore, no use of alcohol or illegal drugs by any of the performers, members of the performers group, or employees or agents of the Licensee will be allowed during the performance and while the performers are present on the premises of University property. In the event of noncompliance, on the part of the performing group or their employees or agents, legal sanctions may result.
