Alcoholism and Drug Addiction. 14.02 Without detracting from the existing rights and obligations of the Parties recognized in other provisions of this Agreement, the CLRA and its members and the Union agree to co- operate at the site level in encouraging employees afflicted with alcoholism or drug addiction to undergo a co-ordinated program directed to the objective of their rehabilitation.
