Food and Drink. (1) An employer must ensure that each child is provided with appropriate and sufficient nutritious food, having regard to the age, taste, culture and dietary restrictions of the child.
(2) The food should be varied and should be served to children at reasonable hours.
(3) An employer must ensure that water, fruit juice or other such drinks are readily available at all times to each child.
Food and Drink. 8.1. Where food or drink is to be supplied to the public the Hirer or caterer must hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. A copy of the certificate must be supplied to the Venue at least 28 days before the first date of the Period of Hire.
8.2. The Hirer shall if preparing, serving or selling food observe all relevant food and hygiene legislation and regulations.
8.3. If the Hirer wishes to use caterers on the Premises during the Period of Hire, the Hirer must ensure that the caterers comply with all health and hygiene legislations and regulations.
Food and Drink. The insurer will indemnify the insured or participant in respect of legal liability for bodily injury or damage arising out of the supply or consumption of any food or drink in connection with the insured’s business.
Food and Drink. Food and drink should be limited to designated areas. Anyone using the church property is responsible for cleaning up after each use, both inside and outside. If a private catering service is used for the event, the caterer must furnish all equipment (e.g. dishes, silver, table cloths, etc.) and remove immediately after the event. Storing of catering equipment is not permitted.
Food and Drink. No food and/or drink is to be consumed inside the Inigo Auditorium. This is made clear to hirers and patrons by way of signage at the entrance to the Auditorium. It is the responsibility of the hirer to enforce this expectation. At the end of the event the College Duty Manager will check to see if the areas are left to College expectation (as per Clause 18). If the Duty Manager finds excess rubbish and/or stains resulting from food and drink consumed in the theatre and surrounding areas used, an amount (determined by the College) will be deducted from the bond.

14.2 Where the Hirer caters food within the Hire Period, the Hirer shall observe all relevant health and safety, food health and hygiene legislation and regulations. The School shall have the right to observe the preparation and service of food.
14.3 All litter must be placed in the bins provided.
