Common use of Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Clause in Contracts

Alcoholism and Drug Addiction. Without detracting from the existing rights and obligations of the parties recognized in other provisions of this Agreement, the CLRA and its members and the Cape Breton Trades Council and signatory Unions agree to cooperate at the site level in encouraging employees afflicted with alcoholism or drug addiction to undergo a coordinated program directed to the objective of their rehabilitation.
