Common use of Alignment Clause in Contracts

Alignment. The Developer shall furnish sufficient horizontal control, including lot stakes, for locating and staking the lines and appurtenances. Accuracy of such horizontal control is the sole responsibility of the Developer and any modification of horizontal location of any Work shall be at the Developer's expense.
