Asset Management Program. Effective asset management responds to the Parties’ goal of long-term fiscal health and sustainable service levels for the Supply Facilities. To assist in the maintenance of the Supply Facilities’ performance at a reasonable cost and an acceptable level of risk, the Managing Agency and Management Committee will create and maintain a mutually acceptable inventory all of the capitalizable assets associated with the Supply Facilities, including physical facilities and real estate holdings. The inventory will include a schedule for repairs and replacement and be part of the Operations Plan. The Managing Agency and Management Committee may propose policies to the Partnership Committee that improve, guide, schedule and fund the repair and replacement of the assets and suggest amendments to the Supply Facilities Capital Improvement Program or funding reserves. The program and policies shall be based on prudent utility practices and industry standards. As deemed necessary by the Managing Agency or upon request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the inventory will be reviewed by the Managing Agency and Management Committee for modifications.
Asset Management Program. Within one year following substantial completion of the Initial Expansion, the Managing Agency shall create a thorough inventory all of the assets associated with the Supply Facilities, including physical facilities and real estate holdings. The inventory shall describe the current conditions of these Supply Facilities, their current value (replacement cost less depreciation), and repairs and replacements that may be necessary. The inventory shall include a schedule for repairs and replacement. The Technical Committee may propose policies to the Oversight Committee that guide, schedule and fund the repair and replacement of the assets and suggest amendments to the Supply Facilities Capital Improvement Program. The Oversight Committee shall then forward the draft inventory, any proposed policies and amendments to the Supply Facilities Capital Improvement Program to the Council of each Party for its approval. The program and policies shall be based on prudent utility practices and industry standards. Annually, the inventory shall be reviewed for additions and deletions.
Asset Management Program. The Consultant will develop a citywide GIS based Asset Management Program. This will include online system configuration, data conversion, map publishing, training, and support.
Asset Management Program. Lead Developer must timely refine and finalize the scope of the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance and develop the Asset Management Program, as required in the PDA Management Plan and the attached Appendix B-2, all of which are subject to City’s prior approval and must be performed in consultation with City. Asset Management Program. As submitted to the District previously pursuant to the Original Contract, an Asset Management Program was developed by the Company (with District input). The Asset Management Program recommended Capital Improvement List is set up to address a five (5) year timeframe and will be updated annually by the Company. The District shall be responsible for the provision of the funding specified in the plan and will authorize specific Facility Modifications and other activities for implementation by the Company as outlined by the Asset Management Program. Throughout the Term of the Agreement, the District shall be responsible for budgeting the funds for the Asset Management Program and for authorizing projects that are paid for by the District budgeted fund. Asset Management Program. CDOT's Asset Management Program develops and implements risk-based strategies to ensure the department's limited funding is applied to the right project, for the right asset, at the right time. Applying the correct treatment can extend the life of an asset in a cost efficient way. Preservation is much cheaper than reconstruction. The asset programs managed by CDOT include:

Asset Management Program. The asset management program shall include all assets in the O&M Limits as set forth in Part 1, Section 7 of the Technical Provisions for which Concessionaire is responsible for maintenance. The asset rehabilitation, overhaul, and replacement process, including resulting Renewal Work, shall be based on the condition and performance assessments for each asset.
