All Departments: Tuesday to Saturday Shift Premium. A Premium of One Dollar and Fifteen Cents ($1.15) per hour for all hours worked shall be paid above the normal Classification rate to employees of all departments who work a Tuesday to Saturday shift. In addition to the above, if a second or third shift is employed, then the standard shift premium shall also apply.
