Allocation of Contract Price. The District’s payment of the Contract Price for Basic Services for an Assigned Project shall be allocated amongst the various Phases of the Basic Services for an Assigned Project as set forth in the Project Assignment for an Assigned Project.
Allocation of Contract Price. The Contract Price for an Assigned Project is allocated to each Phase of the Basic Services as described in the Task Order for each Assigned Project. The portion of the Contract Price for each Phase or portion of Basic Services for an Assigned Project shall be limited by the allocation thereof as set forth in the Task Order for an Assigned Project.

Allocation of Contract Price. Contractor shall allocate the total Contract Price among the activities scheduled on the CPM/Payment Schedule so that each activity has a price which shows the amount payable to Contractor for such activity. The price for each activity shall account for any limitations relating to payment for specific activities contained herein. For Work which is the subject of a Change Order, the schedule shall be updated to reflect the approved Change Order. The sum of the prices of all activities in the CPM/Payment Schedule shall equal the total Contract Price. Once the initial CPM/Payment Schedule has been approved, no changes to any allocated amount may be made without Department approval; provided, however, that with respect to the Fixed Price Amount portion of the Contract Price, Contractor may reallocate with respect to line items without Department’s consent.
Allocation of Contract Price. The Work consists of the construction of separate facilities, the Student Activities (“Student Activities Project”) and the Bookstore Café (“Bookstore Café Project”). Notwithstanding a single contract and a single Contract Price for construction of the Student Activities Project and the Bookstore Café Project, the Contractor agrees the Contract Price (including Allowances) is allocated to construction of the Student Activities Project and the Bookstore Café Project as follows:

Allocation of Contract Price. Northglenn shall allocate all of the Contract Price to Northglenn’s Water Enterprise Fund, which such allocation of funds will be used for water supply enhancement projects.
