Student activities means non-credit producing
Student activities means non-credit producing after-school programs, including, but not limited to, clubs, bands, sports, and other activities authorized by the school board of the Organizational Unit.
Student activities shall include, but not be limited to: • attending art classes on the premises or wherever situate. In this Release Agreement, the term “negligence” includes the failure of the Releasees to use such care as a reasonably prudent and careful art school would use under similar circumstances, or breach of any other duty of care imposed by law.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.
