Water Enterprise Fund definition

Water Enterprise Fund means the collection of funds and accounts used by the City to hold the Gross Revenues and the proceeds of Bonds; it currently includes the Water Operating Fund, the Construction Fund, and the Sinking Fund.
Water Enterprise Fund means the fund or funds established and held by the City with respect to the Water Enterprise for the receipt and deposit of Gross Revenues as provided in Section 3.02 hereof.
Water Enterprise Fund means the special fund maintained by the City and designated as the “Water Enterprise Fund”.
