Allocation of Gas at Inlet Points. (a) On any Gas Day when the Shipper is the only shipper Delivering Gas to the Operator at an Inlet Point, the Shipper is deemed to have Delivered all Gas Received by the Operator at the Inlet Point for that Gas Day and clauses 6.4(b) and 6.4(c) do not apply.
