Allocation of Medical & Prescription Drug Benefit Premiums. 1. Effective July 1, 2019, the Board shall contribute ninety-two percent (92%) toward the medical and prescription drug benefit plan premiums for the Personal Choice HD1-HC1with/$10/$20/$20/$100 integrated Rx. The Administrator will be responsible for the cost difference between the board’s contribution level for the Personal Choice HD1-HC1 with/$10/$20/$20/$100 integrated Rx plan and the total cost of any non-Core plan offered with/$10/$20/$20/$100 integrated Rx and shall be paid through mandatory payroll deductions by the Administrator.
