Core Plan. The BadgerCare Plus benefit plan available to Adults without Dependent Children. Corrective Action Plan: Plan communicated by the State to the HMO for the HMO to follow in the event of any threatened or actual use or disclosure of any Confidential Information that is not specifically authorized by this Agreement, or in the event that any Confidential Information is lost or cannot be accounted for by the HMO. Examples of Core Plan in a sentence

  • If a Bargaining Unit Member decides to choose a plan that is more costly than the Core Plan for the year in question, then the District will contribute an amount toward that plan that is equivalent to the District's contribution to the premium cost of the Core Plan being offered.
