Allocation of Member Nonrecourse Deductions. Member Nonrecourse Deductions shall be allocated to the Member, if any, that bears the economic risk of loss for the Member Nonrecourse Liability to which the Member Nonrecourse Deductions are attributable. If more than one Member bears the economic risk of loss for a Member Nonrecourse Liability, the Member Nonrecourse Deductions attributable to such Member Nonrecourse Liability shall be allocated among such Members in accordance with the ratios in which such Members share the economic risk of loss for such Nonrecourse Liability.
