Allocations To Participant Accounts. Total annual Ch. 175 premium tax revenues in excess of $237,075 will be split 50/50, with half of the excess used to reduce the city's annual required pension contributions and half of the excess used to fund the supplemental benefit plan. Each year, the Ch. 175 premium tax revenues allocated to the supplemental benefit plan, plus any forfeitures and previously unallocated amounts, shall be allocated as of the last day of the Plan Year to the share account of each participant who is eligible for an allocation.
