Allocations To Participant Accounts. As of each Valuation Date elected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement and/or on any date within the allocation period selected in writing by the Plan Administrator, each Participant’s account shall be adjusted to reflect: (a) the Participant’s share of the Employer’s contribution and forfeitures as determined in the Adoption Agreement, (b) any Employee contributions, (c) any repayment of amounts previously distributed to a Participant upon a separation from Service and repaid by the Participant since the last Allocation Date, (d) the Participant’s proportionate share of any investment earnings and increase in the fair market value of the Trust since the last Allocation Date, and (e) loan repayments of principal and interest. The Employer shall deduct from each account: (f) any withdrawals or payments made from the Participant’s account since the last Allocation Date, (g) the Participant’s proportionate share of any decrease in the fair market value of the Trust since the last allocation Date, and (h) the Participant’s proportionate or “per capita” share of any fees and expenses paid from the Plan.

Allocations To Participant Accounts. Total annual Ch. 175 premium tax revenues in excess of $237,075 will be split 50/50, with half of the excess used to reduce the city's annual required pension contributions and half of the excess used to fund the supplemental benefit plan. Each year, the Ch. 175 premium tax revenues allocated to the supplemental benefit plan, plus any forfeitures and previously unallocated amounts, shall be allocated as of the last day of the Plan Year to the share account of each participant who is eligible for an allocation. As of each September 30, the Retirement System actuary shall determine the amount to be allocated to each participant's share account based on the following schedule: 10 - 12.5 25% of share allotment rate 12.6 - 15 50% of share allotment rate 15.1 - 17.5 75% of share allotment rate 17.6 - 25+ 100% of share allotment rate

(b) Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, Participants will accrue the right to share in allocations of Employer contributions with respect to periods of qualified military service as provided in Code Section 414(u). (c) At the end of each Plan Year the Plan Administrator shall redetermine any Matching Contribution for each Participant based on his or her eligible annual Compensation in accordance with the Matching Contribution formula elected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement. Any Participant for whom any Matching Contribution has not been sufficiently made in accordance with the Matching Contribution formula elected by the Employer shall receive an additional Matching Contribution so that the total annual deferrals (whether pre-tax or after-tax) reflected as a percentage of eligible annual Compensation are matched in accordance with the Matching Contribution formula ("true-up" of Matching Contributions) selected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement. If no election is made on the Adoption Agreement, no true-up of Matching Contributions will occur.

  • Separate Accounts If the Fund has more than one series or portfolio, the Bank will segregate the assets of each series or portfolio to which this Agreement relates into a separate account for each such series or portfolio containing the assets of such series or portfolio (and all investment earnings thereon).   • Deferral Account Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:

  • Set Up Accounts (a) Bank shall establish and maintain the following accounts ("Accounts"): (i) a Securities Account in the name of Customer on behalf of each Fund for Financial Assets, which may be received by Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of Customer, including as an Entitlement Holder; and (ii) an account in the name of Customer ("Cash Account") for any and all cash in any currency received by Bank or its Subcustodian for the account of Customer. Notwithstanding paragraph (ii), cash held in respect of those markets where Customer is required to have a cash account in its own name held directly with the relevant Subcustodian shall be held in that manner and shall not be part of the Cash Account. Bank shall notify Customer prior to the establishment of such an account. (b) At the request of Customer, additional Accounts may be opened in the future, which shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. (c) Except as precluded by Section 8-501(d) of the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC"), Bank shall hold all Securities and other Financial Assets, other than cash, of a Fund that are delivered to it in a "securities account" with Bank for and in the name of such Fund and shall treat all such assets other than cash as "financial assets" as those terms are used in the UCC.

For the purpose of the immediately preceding sentence, the Transferor shall treat the first received Collections with respect to the Accounts as allocable to the Trustee until the Trustee shall have been allocated and paid Collections in an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables in such Accounts as of the date of the occurrence of such event. If the Transferor is unable pursuant to any Requirements of Law to allocate Collections as described above, the Transferor agrees that, after the occurrence of such event, payments on each Account with respect to the principal balance of such Account shall be allocated first to the oldest principal balance of such Account and shall have such payments applied as Collections in accordance with Article IV and the terms of each Supplement. The parties hereto agree that Finance Charge Receivables, whenever created, accrued in respect of Principal Receivables which have been conveyed to the Trustee shall continue to be a part of the Trust notwithstanding any cessation of the transfer of additional Principal Receivables to the Trustee and Collections with respect thereto shall continue to be allocated and paid in accordance with Article IV and the terms of each Supplement.
